📦 How to Exchange

1. Send your item to our warehouse using any courier service of your choice.
2. Once we receive and inspect the package, we will begin the exchange process.
3. A delivery fee will be charged in advance for shipping the replacement product.

• Advance Payment Required (via bank transfer) — COD not available for exchanges
